    • Case Number(s) and letters received
    • Addresses of custodial parent(s)/payees
    • Statement of Arrearages owed
• Proof of full coverage, valid Homeowners and Auto insurance showing lien-holder as loss payee (Declarations Page)
• Summons and Complaints, Court Judgments or garnishments
• Foreclosure notice, Correspondences from Attorney (Trott & Trott, Potestivo and Associates, Orlans, etc.)
