ORDER STRIKING REAFFIRMATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN
DEBTORS AND AMC MORTGAGE SERVICES, INC. On March 15, 2007, a
Reaffirmation Agreement between Debtors and AMC Mortgage Services, Inc.
was filed (Docket # 19). Although Debtors’ attorney signed part C of
the Reaffirmation Agreement, he did not clearly indicate whether the
presumption of undue hardship applies. Additionally, Part D of the
Reaffirmation Agreement (“Debtor’s Statement In Support of Reaffirmation
Agreement”) was not completed. On March 22, 2007, the Court filed a
“Notice of Deficient Filing,” requiring Debtors to file a corrected
reaffirmation agreement within 8 days entry of the notice (Docket # 22).
The notice provided: “If not corrected, an order striking the
Reaffirmation Agreement from the record may be entered by the
Court.” Debtors failed to file a corrected reaffirmation agreement
within 8 days of the notice. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that the
Reaffirmation Agreement between Debtors and AMC Mortgage Services, Inc.
(Docket # 19), is STRICKEN. . Signed on April 05, 2007 /s/ Thomas J.
